Representing Fritchley.

Tony has lived in Fritchley since 2018, he has previously lived in Horsley where he was Chair of School Governors for many years. He was also a Governor at John Flamsteed School. Tony has a daughter and a son, one lives in Singapore the other in Switzerland!

Tony's connections with Crich began in 1976. He helped out with Crich Carnival when it was resurrected in the late 70's

He is a retired senior police officer and was responsible for policing in the Crich Fritchley area many times in his career.

Tony is a trustee of Crich Glebe Feld Centre Management Committee. He is Chairman of a local Volunteer Bureau and Food Bank, and a volunteer at a People's Initiative and Dementia Club. Tony is a member of the Crich & Fritchley Open Gardens Group & Well Dressings Committee.

Tony has also been a Parish Councillor, Borough Councillor, County Councillor (Chairman of Adult Social Care & Public Health), and was a candidate for Parliament and the EU.

Tony has previously been a member of a Parish Neighbourhood Plan Working Group. In his previous Council he was Chair of Strategic Planning. He was also Chairman of the Regional Joint Planning Advisory Board

Tony is a keen sportsmen and enjoys running and cycling. He is also a member of Hazelwood Crown Green Bowls Club.
